Pollution Prevention Plan Services As specified by Section 3002(B) of the Resource Recovery and
Conservation Act (RCRA) as amended by the Hazardous and Solid Waste Amendments of 1984 (HSWA), large quantity hazardous waste generators which transport their waste off-site must have a program in
place to reduce the volume or toxicity of hazardous waste generated to the degree determined by the generator to be economically feasible. This program is to be summarized in a biennial report
which includes a description of the efforts undertaken during the year to reduce the volume and toxicity of the waste generated.VEI has developed documents for automotive industry manufacturers and their suppliers as well as the chemical industry which addresses waste minimization and pollution prevention at a facility.
